You are responsible for your content and any licensing issues relating to it.

We agree to keep proper accounts relating to dealings with designers and to allow you or your nominated accountant to examine relevant books of account relating to sales of products containing your artwork.
9. Warranty of Originality of Content
By using the Marketplace you confirm that content you provide is your own creation and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit or a breach of the terms.
